Mr. Nelson is now the Vice President of PRO ENERGY and brings with him 30 years of experience in the industry. Mr. Nelson will be gradually transferring assets, contracts, important strategic relationships to the PRO ENERGY GROUP throughout quarter 4 of 2023. Pro Petroleum has been engaged in the business of Energy, Oil, and Gas with global market coverage through its ever expanding network of over 28 Joint Venture Partners. The principal trading centre for the group and all assets and relations will be transferred to the PRO ENEREGY Dubai office. Further associated offices and important relationships in Sunny Southern California, Boston, New York, Ireland, London, Rotterdam, Nevis, Panama, Austria, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, India, South Korea, Moscow, Kiev and China will also be transferred to the PRO ENERGY Dubai office. Mr. Nelson quickly learned to speak the Russian language and helped design, build, and managed the number one producer, in a fleet of ten vessels. Mr. Nelson played a crucial role in negotiations and completion of the largest seafood deal of its time, worth over $2 Billion USD dealing directly with the Russian Government. Mr. Muhammad Aqeel is the Founder of the Company. He as a Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. He has an extensive global experience more than 2 decades in the business of Construction, Financial Services and Oil and Gas with a strong track record of driving, executing and managing the business turnarounds.he has a rich portfolio of diverse roles spanning from strategy formulation, business development and upstream asset management. He looks after overall management and operations of the Company and its subsidiaries. He is also instrumental in preparing growth strategies of the Company. He has been devoting his entire time, efforts and energy to develop the Company in all aspects including business planning and analysis of future competition and threats at Global level. He holds the Master’s Degree in Engineering. He also holds Directorships in several other companies, engaged in diverse businesses.

Mr. Basharat M. H. Akbar
CFO
Mr. Basharat Minullah has assumed the charge of Director (Finance) of ProEnergy Fuel and Petroleum Products Trading Fze since the company formation. Prior to this, Mr. Basharat Minullah was an Executive Director – Corporate Finance & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. He has also held various key portfolios including that of Executive Director – Finance (Compliance), Executive Assistant to Chairman & Managing Director. He holds a degree in Masters of Business Administration in Finance(Specialized), Mr. Basharat brings with him rich and varied professional exposure of more than 8 years across various spectrum. He has held various key challenging assignments in the field of Corporate Finance, Treasury, Margin Management, Budgeting and contracts management.
Mr. Basharat is known for his Commercial acumen, innovative ideas and people-centric leadership. In his various roles, he has focussed on investment in Human capital for building successful teams and individuals and able to perform and deliver exceptional results through positive engagement and a shared vision.
Goran Zubic
Director
After receiving his Master degree in Forestry from the University of Belgrade, he was a consultant for North American and, Eastern European oil companies, where he pursued a varied and successful career. Before immigrating to Canada, he was engaged in international trade importing and exporting from art to culture as well as the management of artists themselves.
He was involved in the construction of a chain of multiplex movie theatres including the Bosnia and Herzegovina “Cinema City -Sarajevo”, additional to his membership of the advising team of the DELTA CITY and USCE – Multiplex in Belgrade Serbia.During the Yugoslavian war, he was bringing several thousands of refugees from the war torn former Yugoslavia to Canada in close cooperation with the United Church of Canada and the St. George – Serbian Orthodox Church Niagara Falls, Canada. Since 2007 he became a permanent member of the Working Party on Regulatory Cooperation and Standardization Policies in the United Nation Economic Commission for Europe – Geneva (UNECE).
